Returns and Cancellation Policy

Please read these details carefully before contacting us.

Under the Distant Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000  you may have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after you have received your goods. Please refer to the consumer guide set out by the Office of Fair Trading at http://dshub.tradingstandards.gov.uk/sites/default/files/DSexplained_PDF.pdf to check that you qualify.

 If you wish to cancel your order in accordance with the DSR, you must email us at customerservice@getflooring.co.uk within 7 days of accepting delivery. Please include your order reference number in your email.

If the goods have not been dispatched we will refund you in full within 3 working days.

If the goods have been delivered you must return the goods at your own cost. We recommend you insure the goods against damage in transit. All goods must be received by us in new condition and in the original packaging.

If you refuse to accept delivery, your refund will exclude both delivery and return delivery costs.

Please note that cancellations can not be accepted where goods are ordered to your own specifications ( for example ordering a specific size piece of carpet that is cut to your size ). If you refuse delivery for such items, or return them to us, they will be held in our warehouse until you collect them or agree to pay further delivery costs. After a period of 3 months they will be sold off to recoup storage costs.

All goods returned in accordance with the DSR will be refunded within 3 days of receipt. Returned goods must be received within 21 days of our dispatch date.
