Returns and Cancellation Policy

Please read these details carefully before contacting us.
 
We are committed to selling great products and offering outstanding value for money.  On occasions however, we understand that sometimes that people can change their mind about goods they have bought.
 
You have the right to cancel up to 14 days after the day of delivery for a full refund. If you wish to return your order with us please contact our customer service team at customerservices@getflooring.co.uk. They will provide you with a returns number to use when returning your goods to us.
 
If there is no manufacturing fault you must return the goods at your own cost within 30 days of purchase. We recommend you insure the goods against damage in transit. All goods must be received by us in new condition and in the original packaging where possible.
 
If the product(s) that are delivered have a manufacturing fault then please email customerservices@getflooring.co.uk and we will arrange to have the goods replaced as quickly as possible.
 
 If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because the goods are refused, there is nobody at home, there is inadequate help available to offload the goods or the order is cancelled whilst in transit then you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned.
 
Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted where goods are ordered to your own specifications or cut from a roll unless they are faulty ( for example ordering a specific size piece of carpet that is cut to your size ).
